Our collars come in Small, Medium, and Large — designed to fit most floofs, from tiny terrors to couch-sized companions. You’ll find size guides on every product page so your pet gets that just right fit.
Are your collars adjustable?
Absolutely. All our collars are made with adjustable sliders so they can grow with your pup (or adjust after a few too many snack breaks).
Can I wash the collar?
Yes! Our collars are made to be durable and washable. Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and lay flat to dry — easy peasy, fresh and squeaky.
Where are your products made?
Every piece is handmade right here in WA by me — Georgia — with some very nosy assistance from Leo, Archie, Bart, Nigel, and Neville.
Do you take custom orders?
I sure do (when I’m not buried under fabric)! If you’re after something specific, just reach out via the contact form and I’ll see what I can do.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're local to [your suburb or area], just select the local pickup option at checkout. I’ll be in touch to organise a time that works.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll get tracking once it’s on its way — then it's just a matter of waiting for the postie to deliver the magic.
Do your collars support any charities or causes?
They sure do! Selected designs like Be Kind, Fighter, and Mental Health Matters help raise awareness and funds for autism, breast cancer support, and mental health services.
